Adam Wayne Coste Sr. of Rockland, Massachusetts passed away at the age of 54 peacefully at home November 18th, 2023 surrounded by his large loving family.

Adam grew up in Hanson , Massachusetts ,with his parents and 9 siblings , where he had a fun filled childhood centered around the tight bond of family. When old enough , he worked at his father’s tool grinding company Industrial Carbide , in Hanover . Adam recently retired after 20 years of being a Corrections Officer for Suffolk County Sheriff's Department where he met and made many many friends during his 20 year career. Some he recently reconnected with .

Adam felt lucky to have all of his siblings as his friends , and they him . The way he would tell old family stories would leave everyone in stitches .

Adam loved watching his older children grow into the loving and caring adults they are. His continuous and inspirational support helped lead them to success in various aspects of their lives.

Adam married his beloved wife Daniela Rosenova Ivanova on May 21st of 2017 and started their family in Abington, Massachusetts with his littlest son Theo . The love between Adam and Daniela is enviable , they treated each other in such a gentle ,loving way .

Adam was driven by the values of family, enjoyed traveling and his passion for music was like no other. There was hardly a time his guitar wasn't in his lap and he wasn't greeting you with a song. His unruly sense of humor and laughs added to the Coste Chaos gatherings .

Adam Wayne Coste Sr. is survived by his wife, Daniela (Rosenova Ivanova) Coste, his blended family including his daughter Amanda Coste, his son Adam Wayne Coste Jr., his daughter Ashley Coulter and her spouse Mickey Coulter, his son Theodore Coste, step-daughter Stephanie Landolfi and granddaughter Kassidy Bumpus. He is also survived by his mother Jean Conley Coste Drysdale and 9 siblings and their spouses Richard Coste Jr. ,Jeffrey Coste Sr. and wife Pam, Andre Coste Sr. and wife Kristen, Juliette (Coste) Alden, Renee (Coste) Solimini and husband Ronnie, Jacquelyn (Coste) Guilmet and husband Brian, Joel Coste Sr. and wife Lauren, Rachel Coste and Jereme Coste and wife Jessica.

He was predeceased by his father Richard A Coste Sr. , his step-father Vernon E Drysdale, and nephew Richard A Coste III.

Adam leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, devotion and hard-work, and will be dearly missed by his mother, siblings , wife, children, grandchild, and 27 nieces and nephews. His presence will be forever missed by everyone and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. He sure did have a large Tribe .

The Coste Family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Adam’s life in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 2:00-5:00 PM.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Hanover Center Cemetery, 47 Main St., Hanover MA, on Monday December 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
